Why should the grownups have all the fun?

In fact the state budget will be available in crayon next year with paint by number addendums.

[QUOTE=BoogDoc7]Ah, an improvement. Finally.

I called Budget Director Ray Stockstill and he said on his cup and string phone that they were going to start using computers to do the budget—next year.

Do those talking Spelling-helper toys count as computers?

Blanco wanted to give every pre-k child a laptop and Barker wants them to have a copy of the Rombach Report. Has anyone given any thought to the cost reproducing Louisiana in the Economic Vortex for every pre-k child. This could get out of hand.

Is there anything that (some of) you folks won’t complain about?

You are so right. I see no problem in exposing pre-k children to the state budget.

Why not? They are exposed to what used to be considered soft-#### on daytime TV.
