Read this rocket scientist: “Our goal is to prevent regimes (terrorist) that sponsor terror from threatening America or our friends and allies with weapons of mass destruction. Some of these regimes have been pretty quiet since September 11th. But we know their true nature. NORTH KOREA is a regime arming with with missiles and WMDs, while starving it’s citizens. Iran aggressively pursues those weapons and exports terror, while an unelected few repress the Iranian people’s hope’s for freedom......states like THESE constitute an axis of evil, arming to threaten the peace of the world. By seeking weapons of mass destruction, THESE regimes pose a grave threat and growing danger. THEY could provide THESE ARMS to TERRORISTS, giving them the means to match their hatred. They could attack our allies or attempt to blackmail the United States. In any of these cases, the price of indifference would be catastrophic George Bush 2002 State of the Union Address.................... What’s the distinction between between a nation in possession of nuclear weapons (North Korea) that George believes threatens to supply them to terrorists and a nation which he now thinks supplies roadside bombs to terrorists?..............................I’ll leave you with a Chris matthews quote: “you guys are blank slates”..................LOL..................

If you are part of a society that votes, then do so. There may be no candidates and no measures you want to vote for . . but there are certain to be ones you want to vote against. In case of doubt, vote against. By this rule you will rarely go wrong. - Robert Heinlein

LOL.................it doesn’t address the fact either, that a certified idiot might not be able to read and comprehend that it is clearly calling North Korea a member of the axis of evil that threatens to supply terrorists with WMDs just as it does Iran........ but the fact remains that for the rest of us (those who don’t fall into that blank slate category) the speech is not ambiguous as to that point.

Quite a difference between a rogue nation, and terrorists.. But most dimocrats seem to have difficulty making that distinction.
