BL, I’m glad to decided to quit hiding from this question. I’m still not sure which of these “reforms” you believe the legislature was threatening to hold up as part of their extortion scheme, especially since everything you listed occured before the payraise scandal. But anyway, let’s take a quick look at your list:

no pay raises till 2012
What about Stephen Moret? Does his pay raise not go into effect until 2012?

4-5 new companies in just 6 months(more than Blanco’s whole term)
Weren’t some of the companies you’re counting courted by the Blanco administration? And do you really want to brag about the fact that Jindal paid $6 Million to Albemarle so they would move 20 exec’s to BR when they already had their production and research facilities here? Can you list the 4-5 new companies coming to Louisiana? Can you tell us how Bobby Jindal (or Moret) was responsible for their coming here, including telling us how much of our money Jindal gave them?

On ethics reform list we’ve moved from 48 to in top 10 as to what we demand ethically on our Leg.’s(sure, would have liked more--but it is a start)
You mean the new unenforceable ethics standard? And what about the fact that all but one member of the Ethics Board resigned after imposing a fine on Bobby Jindal for violating the campaign finance ethics laws? And what about Jindal’s refusal to allow “transparency” extend to his office? Isn’t the Louisiana Gov’s office still ranked in the bottom 5 for transparency and accountability?

!00’s who were EWE/Blanco/Foster hacks who had privarte contracts from serving on boards are forced to resign OR reveal their profit from being on these boards.
It was already illegal to have a private contract with a board you were serving on, and Jindal didn’t make them reveal their profit from being on these boards (no one would have complained about that), he made them reveal their private finances to the world if they serve on volunteer boards.

I know you don’t agree with 6 tax cuts in 6 months...so let’s just say 4. Stelly is on way out--not as quick as I hoped ...but at least process is started...look for ir to be sped up in next 1-2 yrs.
List the 6, or 4, tax cuts. And are you still denying that Jindal was against Stelly reform before he realized he couldn’t stop it and then tried to grab credit for it? Do you still deny that it was Bobby Jindal, not the legislature, that delayed implementation until 2009/2010?
