A failed restaurant bombing in England last week has raised concerns among U.S. and European counterterrorism officials that Al Qaeda and other radical Islamic groups are recruiting mentally disabled people to carry out suicide attacks.

The entrance requirements to get into Al Quaida certainly have dropped.

They must be running out of able minded volunteers.
From reading some posts on here, I thought the US actions were supposed to be breeding more terrorists than you could shake a stick at. That must not be true.
