What does that mean “Already have Condo at “The Sands” on Perdido Beach Blvd ”

I dont rent, I own one Fardy.  Thanks for your concern.

Alright Kid, we are headed into a game of chicken here.

Ok Kid, who name appears on the deed to that cond. in Orange Beach?

Can’t be that hard to find out, if you are the true owner.
All someone has to do is check the Tax records or Property Owners records at the Sands address in “Orange Beach” at the Baldwin County, Alabama courthouse.

We’ll see if your fairy tales are true.
In your name, right?  Not Mommy and Daddy or Grandma or Grandpa name, but your name.
All we have to do is check any property there that has a Tax bill is sent to an address in Monroe, Louisiana.

Would you care change your claim of ownership?

Many here are tired of listening to larger than life claims.

Oh my, I am so happy to see that so many Louisianians that have condos on the Alabama Gulf Coast.

My husband and I for the last seven years have owned a condo at Orange Beach. We also own a twin engine aircraft, and it makes so easy to get and from North Louisiana.

My son and his family also enjoy the use of the condo and the airplane.
His children are young adults now. They think they actually own that peice of sand in Alabama.
