Foil is still in the hot seat as far as I’m concerned. Jindal vetoed it but they (the legis) could have stopped all of this before it even happend.

Great ! I will sign it....just be/c the Gov. finally came through and did right thing…

doesn’t mean we should let these greedy S.O.B/’s off hook..be/c their greed will tempt them to keep screwing us and still NOT listen to our voice…

Wait a second.... ten days ago you said you had already signed it (see post #21 on page 2 of this thread.) Where you lying then, or are you lying now?

Why recall either? They were hung to dry by Chaisson and Tucker who knew Jindal opposed this thing from the very beginning. Why didn’t they tell their colleagues?

Please. Don’t tell me that they were just completely oblivious to the whole situation. If your answer is YES then they should be recalled because of incompetence.

but the problem is, Jindal didn’t oppose it.

and even if everyone was for it, it was wrong, and they should have opposed it.

Ever hear of the concept of “a majority of one?” They used to teach it in parochial school, back when I was a child.  If you don’t know what I’m talking about Undaunted, look it up and learn something.

I bet you get the answer this one, right after the saints win the super bowl.

Ohh but Jindal told us in his public veto message that he opposed it from the very beginning. Yeah, I know about your concept but I think that concept would also apply to a governor but I must be wrong. Thanks for the lesson. I am so slow.

Where do I go to sign up to recall Foil?

His own party leader, if Jindal can be called a leader, even said the raise was outrageous.

When someone like Foil makes such a blunder, he needs to be sent a message. Otherwise he’ll make the same errors in judgement on other matters.

Foil’s vote is one reason I no longer consider myself a Republican. He has shown he is a big spending, what’s in it for me, Bush Republican.

Where do I go to sign for Foil’s recall?

Foil is in my district. As far my vote goes he’s out next election. If someone wants to start a recall I’m all for it too but I won’t even pretend that I can organize such a thing.

Where is the posting to recall Foil? I sent Foil an email asking for it but don’t expect an answer.

Greene said in Business Report today his raise was “not over the top and was within reason.”

He told Advocate he would use raise to “feed his family”

Hasn’t he been an attorney for yrs.? you would think he would have built up enough client base by now to “feed his family.”

I really like Hunter. It’s a shame to hear he thinks it wasn’t “over the top and was within reason.” I’d like to see his reaction if his legal secretary presented him with a proposal for a 123% raise. I wonder if he would still think it was within reason.
