What are you talking about? I just said it only takes two people to have a recall effort. I have no idea how many people are involved nor do I have the details on this.

I was just making the point that two people can get together and file a recall on any elected official at anytime. So the fact someone gets mad and files a recall petition in itself proves nothing.
